Justin Knappick is the Director of Super & Life Concepts Search and Selection.

Justin has over 17 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry including 9 years’ experience in the external recruitment market.

Background Bio – Justin Knappick, Director

Justin Knappick spent approximately 10 years in the Financial Services Industry, working in operations, adviser liaison and systems analysis before moving into the recruitment industry.

In 2000, Justin joined a specialist Superannuation and Insurance recruitment provider, before moving onto an Executive Global Search Firm in late 2003. Justin spent the better part of 5 years focussing on middle management  and executive roles across the Super, Life and Wealth Management industry working on junior/mid level appointments through to executive fully retained search assignments.

Justin brings ‘hands-on’ client and candidate expertise, broad technical knowledge across the industry and a long-term partnering approach to both clients and candidates. He has experience across the A-Z of consulting functions which prove valuable when recruiting roles of a senior level.

Justin is affiliated with key Superannuation and Insurance industry bodies and is an accredited member of the RCSA.
